Transform Your Movement, One Class at a Time
At Still Pilates, we offer a range of reformer classes designed to meet you where you are. Each class type progresses through four levels, allowing you to build strength, improve mobility, and deepen your practice at your own pace. Whether you’re seeking flow, strength, cardio, or restoration, we have a class that fits your goals.
Flow
Your signature full-body reformer experience.
Flow blends strength, mobility, and breathwork through seamless transitions. This class improves posture, deep core strength, balance, and everyday movement efficiency. Expect a smooth rhythm and a mindful challenge that leaves you feeling centered, elongated, and energized.
Levels 1–4: Progress from foundational alignment and slower pacing, toward more coordinated movement patterns, dynamic sequences, and advanced control.
Strength
A sculpt-focused format designed to build power, endurance, and muscular definition.
Strength uses heavier spring loads, precise technique, and intentional pauses that activate deep stabilizers. This class is ideal for clients who want to feel stronger, improve performance in other workouts, and visibly tone their physique.
Levels 1–4: Start with fundamental strength mechanics and gradually scale resistance, stamina, and complexity for a powerful, full-body burn.
Lift
A cardio-driven reformer session featuring jumpboard intervals, energizing flows, and athletic movement patterns.
Lift gets the heart pumping while keeping joints supported. Perfect for clients seeking sweat, speed, and the endorphin high of dynamic Pilates.
Levels 1–4: Begin with low-impact, form-focused landings and advance to faster jumps, multi-directional combos, and higher-intensity conditioning.
Restore
A grounding, mobility-based class focused on recovery, alignment, and deep release.
Restore combines stretching, breathwork, and gentle core engagement to reset the body and calm the mind. It’s the perfect complement to your more intense sessions — ideal for active recovery, flexibility, or simply slowing down.
Levels 1–4: Move from slower, accessible stretches toward deeper mobility work, balance challenges, and controlled strength-through-length progressions.
